The easiest way to adjust the view of your security cameras to provide better quality images for improved quality of view is to replace the lens of the security camera with another cctv lens. These replacement board camera and CS-Mount lenses are a great choice for any security camera and can be used to provide a wider field of view or narrower field of view (more zoom).
In order to widen the field of view of your camera, install a lens that has a lower mm number. For instance, if your camera has a 6mm lens presently, and you want a wider field of view, you can install a 4mm, 3.6mm, 2.5mm lens to provide a wider view. For increased zoom, simply remove your current security camera board lens and install a lens with a higher mm number like a 12mm, 16mm or 25mm.
