I use my PC as a fax, and when I have security eyes on the system the fax can no longer detect the dial tone, nor does it answer incoming faxes. If I simply disable the drivers the fax works fine. I need to have both working.
It does not show any IRQ errrors, it says "device is working properly" everywhere, it just makes the line dead in the eyes of the modem.
I updated all drivers and MB Bios.
Ideas?
