Playback doesnt open sometime.

Playback doesnt open sometime I have PV140PRO V3.312 Updated

I try to open the playback while recording and while not recording and it doesnt open up. When it manages to open up I cant see the recorded files and I have the path to C:/ drive .. Also when I open the Main server it says My computer/C/Programs Files/Security_server/storage main error .. the error states about runtime error. visual C++

Also is there a other way to find the recording when the main server is recording instead of using playback. In other words. I want to manually find the recording.

Re: Playback doesnt open sometime.

Mrosa,

Did the problem start when you updated to V3.312?  Also, what version of Windows is running?

Thank you

In order to remove the security eyes software completely, follow these steps:

1.  Go to Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel

2.  Uninstall the Security Net Server and Security Drivers

3.  After uninstallation is complete, Delete the following Files or Folders

   A.  Delete the C:\Program Files\Security Server and C:\Program Files\Security Driver folders
   B.  Delete
         C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\PV878_A1.sys
         C:\Windows\System32\DrvCoIns.dll
         C:\Windows\System32\PVNSetup.des
         C:\Windows\System32\PVNSetup.exe
         C:\Windows\INF\oem*.inf (May be several)
         C:\Windows\INF\oem*.pnf (May be several)

After this is complete, then reboot the computer and install the new driver and software versions.

Thank you
