Blue Screens only on Client side

Okay I am running 3.306 on both the client and server. The server works great, 3.306 is probably the best on that has worked with no problems so far. But now when I connect via the client I get Blue Screens for all the cameras. Should I be using an older version? The cards say V3.0 on them.

Re: Blue Screens only on Client side

Blue screens on the client usually means that you have established a connection, but that it is unable to render DirectX video on your remote PC.

1.  Try upgrading the Video card drivers on your remote PC (Video Display adapter not DVR Card).  Many windows-native video card drivers will work ok for most things, but will not operate with DirectX rendering like what is used with the Security Eyes Pro Client Software

2.  If updating your video card does not work, then you may need to replace your Video display adapter.  It may not be a directx compatible adapter, which might prevent the video from displaying properly.

Thank you
