CPU- Intel(r) Core (TM) 2 Duo  E4700 @ GHz .. RAM 4 GB.. Operating System Vista 32 . Video card- Dell E228WFP on Intel)r) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family. Chip Type Intel(R) GMA 3100.,  Total graphic Memory 286MB. Hope this is what you need to help me get this thing up & running. How do I know if video card is built in to motherboard??          Thanks Nard

Ok went & unchecked box for DirectDraw & that got the video in system settings. So got that part working. Anymore settings I should be aware of?       THANKS   Nard

Nard,

   Sorry for the delay, we were closed for the long holiday weekend.  Glad that you got the settings working.  Just make sure that you set the "safe storage" setting up from 500 MB (Default) to 10000MB (Recommended).  This will allow windows a little more space once the hard drive is full, so that it will provide more trouble free operation.

Ok Got that set.Came in this morning @ tried to look at recordings & it wouldn't let me open the files. Asked what program to use??????  Thanks; NARD
