I was just getting a blue screen. No pic at all. I have the card out of the computer right now. But i never tried taking a snap shot

When I first tried to set it ip I put the card in first then went to the download center & tried to download the program. It comesm up but no pic.

Blue screen generally means that you are using an unsupported video card (such as an onboard video card) or out of date video card driver.

I just went and tried to install thge drivers off the inernet afeter saveing to disc.I click open then a window pops up and starts flashing on & off. Can't close it or anything. Try contrl alt delete & end task won't stop. Have to turn puter off & reboot. What is the problem?

   Once the Install Driver routine has been run, you do NOT need to run it again.

   We would uninstall any software that you installed (including the Security Eyes Software) and start over fresh.  Obviously you had the drivers installed before if you were getting blue screens, then follow the instructions on the previous post to correct the Blue-Screen condition.
