I have purchased a new computer with vista. # 1 Is this compatable with vista. #2 I can't find my disc to set this up. Could you help me get this up & running again? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your post. To answer your questions: 1. Yes, the security eyes software is compatible with Intel CPU PCs that have Windows Vista (32-Bit). Vista PCs with either AMD CPUs or 64-bit windows vista are not supported.

I went to the download site befor & downloaded it but I couldn,t get my drivers installed. I think I went about it all wrong. I put the card in the computer first. I have now taken it back out. Should I unistall everything & start all over??Or would it be best if I purchased another disc and started all over??
First, how old is the DVR Card that you are using?
I would say around 2 years. It is V 3.0 if that helps
