Hello I just re installed mainserver and driver program again since i had a virus on my cpu, anyways now that everything is installed on the Main server progam my two camera have a picture of a eye ball and a lock on the display and when i move my camera to a diffrent port it shows the same picture. how can my pictue show ,meaning camera?
The Lock Icon displays when the user account that you are presently logged in as does not have rights to access that camera. If you go into the Account Setting, and Click the check box next to the number of each of the cameras, then you will be able to view the cameras on that user account.
