cannot get the red to go away

i,ve tryed everything in the settings... how do i get the red out of the video?

    We will need a little more information in regards to the problem that you are experiencing. 

1.  If you have not registered the Warranty, please do so here: Register Warranty as this will help us to ascertain the exact system equipment that you have by tracking your order back through the reseller from which you purchased.

2.  Please define what you are seeing on the screen and when it occurs, as detailed a description as possible is helpful.  Include a snapshot from the system if possible, by clicking the snapshot button in the software while viewing live cameras (See image below).  You email us the picture at the email address that you receive notifications from.

Click the button to snap a picture of the view and send it to us at our email address

   Also, please note that the Security Eyes Pro software has settings for Day and Night Contrast and color settings seperately.  Please check the settings for each of the Day and Night time color settings, and make sure that each of the sliders for Saturation and Hues is set to 50 for both Day and Night for each camera.

its happening during the day... but at night the cameras get so cloudy you cant see anything.
