what do I do if all of those system files keep reappearing after I delete them?
What do you mean by the system files keep appearing? Which files specifically? And when do they reappear?If these files are not completely purged from the system before installation of the new files, then the software will not work properly. Right click on any drivers in the device manager that are BT878 Audio or BT878 Video and select Uninstall. every time I remove KS.sys and Stream.sys the reappear within 10 seconds and Ksuser.dll is write protected and it wont let me delete it at all...would it make a difference if I was to just rename those files? Does the newest version of security eyes work with all the previous capture cards?
You MUST make sure that you have completely uninstalled all of the drivers before deleting the files.In the Add/Remove Programs, make sure you have removed the Driver installation (For Example: It might be listed as Security Driver, and/or BT878 Driver) Click to Uninstall.Then you must go to Device Manager, and Right click on the BT878 Video and BT878 Audio Drivers - Found under Sound, Video and Game Controllers, and you must select Uninstall. After this is completed, then you must remove the files from the system folder. The files should not reappear.
