Re: No Video, Only Blue Screens!

Most Likely Causes:

1.  Windows XP Home (MEDIA CENTER EDITION) - Media Center runs a capture driver in the background...which can conflict with SE program.

2.  SE Drivers are not fully loaded - Check in the Device Manager for any Unknown Devices, or for any exclamation marks next to the Security Eyes Drivers (under Sound, Video and Game Controllers section).

3.  System set to PAL instead of NTSC in the "System Settings"

4.  No Video Signal

5.  Video Drivers not loaded or not loaded properly or using an Unsupported Video Card

In Security Eyes Software - Click on the Snapshot button (looks like a "35mm Camera" on the right of the camera panes).  If it shows a thumbnail of the camera, then you can eliminate #2, #3, #4 from above)  This leaves just the Video card or Video Card Drivers and Windows XP Media Center Edition...so double-check these Options.  If the thumbnail of the camera is a Blue-Screen as well, then the most likely causes are #2, #3 or #4 from above.

Re: No Video, Only Blue Screens!
I will recheck the drivers we had it working ,the customer installed a new 500 gig hard drive but he is running XP Home not the media center ,it worked though until he put a bigger hard drive in so will have to check further on what happened.I will make sure the video drivers were installed correctly and the card drivers were installed correctly if he installed the Hard drive as the main drive or just added the 500 gig as a secondary drive ,and get a bit more information for you later today
