Re: 4min elapse between files

Brendan,

That is exactly what we need, and the reason for the problems that you are experiencing.  Currently, you do not have a schedule set to cover the whole day for Continuous Recording.  So the cameras are defaulting to a motion detection style recording instead.

Please delete all of the schedules that show up in the black window at the bottom of the scheduler, and then enter the following information at the top of the screen:

Start Time: 12:00:00 AM
End Time: 11:59:59 PM

Record (S0) - Checked
Motion (S2) - UnChecked
IO - UnChecked
Emails - UnChecked

Cameras - Check all cameras that are connected
Days of the Week - Check all days that you want continuous recording

Then Click on "Add New Data" - After you click this, the schedule details should appear in the black section at the bottom of the screen.

Exit out of the scheduler, and go to the main system settings.

In "Start Set" Make sure the following items are checked:  "Schedule Server", and "Start Monitor"  <-- This will start the schedule and begin recording when you open the software.

Thank you

Re: 4min elapse between files

Brendan,

Please go into your Scheduler, and take a screenshot by pressing "CTRL" - "ALT" - "Print Screen" together.  Then open up Microsoft Paint. and Press "CTRL" - "V" to paste into paint.  Click on File --> Save As, and save the file as a JPG.  Once you have saved the file, email it to us for viewing.

Repeat this with the 1st Tab of the "System Settings" and include that in an email.

Also please post again a new list of recordings 5-6 recording start and stop times would be fine.

We will send you an email so that you have an address to send it to.

Thank you
