I am getting a 2-4 min loss of recordings between files on constant recording.
Any ideas what is going on

Thank you for your post today. We would be glad to assist you in solving the issue that you are experiencing.
Please take a look in your playback folder, and let us know the start time of 5 consecutive files, as well as open each file to let us know the duration of each file. This will help us better assist you.
Also, please look on the cover of the CD that you received with your system, and let us know the version number of the Security Eyes Software that you currently have installed.

The times that you have posted makes it look like you are conducting Motion Detection Recording. In the Scheduler, Please double click on your schedule to bring it up to view, then let us know what the settings are in the schedule (Times, Days, Record Type, Cameras, etc).Thank youPlatinum CCTV Supporthttp://Platinum-CCTV.com
