I'm using VDRC_SmartPhone_3.017 on a Verizon Samsung Omnia II using WM 6.5 .It will connect and show camera #1 but there is no other control. I installed it by coping the program into a folder in the Program Files and putting a shortcut in the Windows\Start Menu\Programs. Is there a problem with the install, or with WM 6.5.

Thank you for your post. From the specifications we have found online for the Omnia 2 phone, it appears as though it is a touchscreen phone. The Smartphone version that you have installed is designed for non-touchscreen phones only. Please delete the version that you installed and click this link right from your phone: Alnet Mobile for WM5/WM6 PDA Phones
This will install the latest version of the WM6 PDA Phone (Touchscreen) VDR-C Client software.

Thanks for your quick response. I deleted the old program and installed the new one. Everything seems to be working. One problem though, I have to turn off Windows Errror Reporting. It keeps popping up when the program is loading.
You may have to shut off the error reporting...that was present on WM6 as well, it is Microsoft basically showing that it is not a 'signed' program.
