Re: Allowing Access via website

Please try again. I had to reset the computer because it kept shutting down. Maybe that was the problem. Part of my confusion is that I can log in from work using the client software but not by typing in the IP address.

Re: Allowing Access via website

We are able to connect in now and view the cameras without a problem.

Try it again from your work...and let us know and we will test simultaneously from here.  Their may be something blocking access from your work PC.

Thank you

Re: Allowing Access via website

I've checked with the IT department at work and have been assured there is nothing blocking my access. I still don't understand why I can access any other site except this one. I also don't understand why I can access my cameras with the client software but not by simply typing in the address. The next time you are able to log into my system, send me a little note & tell me what you saw.

Re: Allowing Access via website

Ray,

Currently we are NOT able to connect to the address that you provided.  Do you have anyone on-location with the server so that we can determine if the server is running and that the internet connection is up?

Thank you
