Well the new error could mean any one of the initial items are still not configured properly, but it is difficult to pinpoint without further information. We know you have our email address, so email us the Registered Domain Name so that we can run a scan to determine if the ports are open or not.
Other possible causes might include: 1. TCP ports are forwarded but not UDP Ports 2. UDP ports are forwarded but not TCP Ports 3. User you are logging in with is a valid user but does not have permission to access at that time of day Please send us the Domain and we will run a scan and re-post results here, Thank you Platinum CCTV Support http://Platinum-CCTV.com
We received your email and have tested the ports. Port 9001 is open from the outside, but Port 9000 is not presently open. This can definitely cause the error that you are experiencing. The Ports that need to be open in the Router: Port 9000 TCP Port 9000 UDP Port 9001 TCP Port 9001 UDP
Currently we can only see port 9001 open...so the Router is probably not forwarding port 9000 properly.

We just re-tested the ports...and none were open. Have you been able to open the ports yet?
Just wanted to check back with you Thank you Platinum CCTV Support http://Platinum-CCTV.com
Yes, I was able to open the ports but I also notice that every time that I shutdown the server I need to configure the router again in order for it to work.
I will be replacing the router but now I know what to do.
Thank for the tremendous help
