I have one of the 2649S and one of the 26416S. The email function is being blocked by the isp. The past few years the isp's have moved to use port 587 instead of port 25 for smtp.
How can I adjust this setting in the firmware on the dvr?

The SMTP port is not configurable on the DVRs at this time. Thank you Platinum Support http://Platinum-CCTV.com
