Hi I was creating user accounts on my 2644S standalone DVR on my Lan and somehow the administrator account was deleted and I am now locked out. Is there any way to reset the DVR to factory default password settings? Thanks.

If you delete do not ensure that you have an administrator User account before saving your password settings, you will lock yourself out of the DVR. You will need to contact the distributor that you purchased the DVR from, and provide them with the software revision number as well as the serial number of the unit. They will be able to generate a username and password to get you into the DVR.
