The C-800-D 8-Camera Indoor Budget Color Dome Security Camera H.264 Standalone DVR System is a great choice. This security camera system provides recording all 8 cameras onto a hard drive installed in the Standalone DVR. Plug the DVR directly into your monitor or television with an RCA or VGA video cable (not included).
The DVR-7008 H.264 Standalone DVR that is included in this camera system provides great high resolution video recording while conserving hard disk space using the new H.264 AVC video codec, and also provides excellent remote viewing capabilities from a PC, laptop, iPhone, iPad, iTouch, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile or Symbian PDA phones. The remote viewing for this DVR also allows you to connect remotely to your DVR to view live, playback pre-recorded and even backup video to your PC over the internet. The advanced remote viewing capabilities even allow you to view multiple Standalone DVRs at once remotely. You can also view your cameras from virtually any iPhone, Android phone, Windows phone, Blackberry phone or any other PDA phone with an app that will stream a live camera view, so you can always see what is happening while you are away.
The included 8 x E-806 Budget Style Dome cameras provide good quality color video and are light-weight enough to mount on a standard ceiling or drop-ceiling tile. Installed wide-angle 3.6mm lenses provide a wider view, allowing you to use less cameras to cover a greater amount of area. Package includes 8 x high quality coaxial CCTV Power/Video Cables (select length at top of page) that will carry the power to the location of the camera from the included power adapters, so that you only have to run a single cable out to each camera.
